During this 2.5-hour Spiced Fermented Drinks workshop, fermentation expert (and former restaurateur) Diane will come to Amsterdam to host a spiced-up version of her signature workshop together with Sophie Fleur.
You’ll learn a variety of simple, hands-on techniques to create the tastiest fermented beverages right in your own kitchen, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and (mostly) organic spices. We’ll guide you through the basics of making your own raw fermented syrup, show you how to prepare a fermented starter for all kinds of naturally bubbly drinks, and teach you how to make a delicious wild-fermented lemonade with exciting new spice combinations.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel confident and inspired to make these nourishing, family-friendly drinks at home. You won't leave feeling hungry since we'll be serving a big bowl of seasonal veg soup with sourdough on the side.
