For anyone looking to master the spices in their spice rack, this workshop is for you. We'll start with some fun spice games to get to know each other and introduce the most essential spices. You'll gain confidence in basic techniques like toasting, blooming, boiling, and my favorite: tempering (chaunk). Afterwards, we'll cook a spicy dinner together, applying all the techniques and flavor combinations we've learned.

- Seasonal vegetables with whipped ricotta & dukkah
- Roasted broccoli salad with dates and homemade ras el hanout
- Marinated aubergine with pink pepper and mint
